CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
All customers will be held to the same standard when it comes to understanding our terms and conditions for our policies. If there is any miscommunication or issues with the policies listed, they must be addressed to our company via. email : opiawrldhelp@gmail.com . If the customer fails to contact us about any problems they have with our policies before they place their purchase, the issue will not be addressed or resolved. 


PREORDER PROCESS
Any orders placed for an item that has a PREORDER identified in the description must first check the terms and conditions box before placing their PREORDER for that specific item. PREORDERS CAN TAKE FROM 4-6 weeks to be produced and shipped to us and can possibly take longer depending on the manufacturer. Please understand this and take note of this when ordering items that are PREORDERS! It is mandatory for buyers to read the terms and conditions of the PREORDER before checking the box to finalize their purchase, since they won't be allowed to finish it until they have done so. Please note FOR ALL PRE-ORDERS that all our manufacturers are overseas so shipping times after production is usually 5-10 days! Once all items have been delivered to our warehouse (5-10 days after production is finished) you will receive an email containing your tracking Number!

It takes 2-3 days once you’ve receive your tracking email for your order to be delivered to your doorstep!

Each buyer will get an email with an order confirmation that includes a detailed breakdown of shipment timeframes. You are now entirely obligated to adhere to the PREORDER period after purchasing an item, and you will have to wait for the item's delivery throughout the whole procedure. We recommend that you follow us on Instagram at @opiawrld for updates on the status of your PREORDER. We will be posting updates on our Instagram account every few days regarding orders. Emails regarding the status of orders will not be responded to until the requested product's bulk order is finished and being dispatched to each client. Regards.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Any and all purchases made via our business are final. As a result, if a product is marked as a PREORDER in the product description, refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted because, prior to completing your purchase, a TERMS AND CONDITIONS box will be installed, which will state that you accept the wait times and agree to our company's PREORDER fulfillment policies.
