How can I check the status of my order
Customers can view the status of their order via their customer account, shipping confirmation email, or directly from our website through the tracking page which can be accessed in the main menu above. If you would like another copy of the order confirmation email, please contact us at opiawrldhelp@gmail.com or on instagram @opiawrld.
Can I cancel or change my order once its placed?
Orders are processed as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
As of now all orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after the payment is received. Expedited shipping will also be an option later on.
